This is a Tcl/Tk script that I wrote for Linux Journal magazine. It's discussed in the article here if you're a LJ subscriber.

Basically, this script presents a GUI that enables you to select a number of images, then add some text to them. When you hit the magic button it generates an HTML page containin the images which you can upload to your website. The HTML is based around a XSLT stylesheet embedded in the script, so it's all pretty easy to manipulate.
